模块初始化逻辑

声明该模块为单件工厂类型

定义用户状态的生命周期钩子

若未登录，双重赋值自视图参数

若已登录，保持模块内半生命周期状态

路由滚动状态处理优化

根据当前路由路径判断是否进入登录页面

到达'/login'或'/logins'路径时，设置isHeader为false

其他路径则保持模块默认状态isHeader为true

该方案提供了更高效的模块初始化机制，优化了路由滚动状态的判断逻辑，确保业务逻辑在Angular应用场景下稳定运行。
